Terms and Conditions (T&C)
Article 1 – Scope and Application

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the provision of services and sale of products by Sophie Langer, registered under B273544 (VAT LU34474952), with a registered office at Duarrefstrooss 31A, 9944 Beiler, Luxembourg (hereinafter "Provider").
1.2 These T&C apply to all services and products offered by the Provider, including:

Color, style, and body type consultations

Skincare consultations and products
-
Wardrobe inventory services
-
Personal shopping
-
Training for companies and service providers
-
Sale of clothing and accessories
1.3 By using a service or purchasing a product, the customer (hereinafter "Customer") acknowledges and accepts these T&C as legally binding.
1.4 These T&C apply to all services and products agreed verbally, in writing, or online.
1.5 The Customer confirms they are of legal age and have full legal capacity.

Article 2 – Contract Purpose

2.1 The agreed services are individually tailored to the Customer's needs. The goal, scope, and duration are defined prior to the commencement of the service.

a) Obligations of the Provider

The Provider agrees to deliver services with professionalism and expertise.

The Provider informs the Customer about relevant content, products, and any potential limitations.
b) Obligations of the Customer

The Customer is required to provide all necessary information needed to deliver the service.

The Customer is responsible for timely payment of the agreed amounts.
c) Expectations
-
Successful collaboration depends on the openness and positive attitude of the Customer.

Recommendations made by the Provider are non-binding; the final decision lies with the Customer.
Article 3 – Fees, Payment Terms, and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Prices:

Prices for private clients are inclusive of VAT.

Prices for businesses are net, excluding VAT.

3.2 Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer or in cash, unless otherwise agreed.

Full payment is due by the agreed date.

3.3 Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.

For cancellations made within 48 hours, the full amount will be charged.

For cancellations made within 24 hours, no refund is possible unless in case of an emergency.
Article 4 – Delivery and Retention of Ownership (for Products)

4.1 Delivery Conditions:

Products will be delivered to the agreed address or handed over in person.

Delivery times are indicative and non-binding.

4.2 Retention of Ownership:

Products remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been received.
​
Article 5 – Confidentiality and Data Protection
​
5.1 Confidentiality:
All personal information shared by the Customer during services will be treated confidentially.
5.2 Data Protection:
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.

Article 6 – Liability Disclaimer
​
6.1 The Provider does not guarantee specific results, as the success of services largely depends on the Customer’s cooperation.
6.2 The Provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or external circumstances.
6.3 The Provider accepts no liability for decisions made by the Customer based on recommendations provided.

Article 7 – Contract Duration and Termination
​
7.1 The contract will automatically terminate upon full delivery of the agreed services or products.
7.2 Any termination must be made in writing before the start of service delivery.

Article 8 – Final Provisions
8.1 If any provision of these T&C is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully enforceable.
8.2 Any amendments to these T&C will be communicated to the Customer in due time and will take effect upon publication.
8.3 These T&C are governed by Luxembourg law. The competent court for any disputes is the court of Diekirch.
